Aveva in custodia oggetti pignorati. Invece di tutelare la custodia ha pensato di venderli per trarne guadagni. Per F.P.L., 28 anni, è scattata la denuncia alla magistratura per violazione colposa dei doveri inerenti la custodia di cose sottoposte a sequestro e pignoramento.
